MBC has celebrated Lunar New Year by airing its popular sports competition “Idol Star Athletics Championships” since 2010.
News media reported that the Lunar New Year’s idol olympic is expected to air during the holidays. Producers of the event are even planning on adding more sports. They have been decided regarding the production or addition of new sports.
And then, A lot of Korea’s popular idol groups will be participating in an upcoming the special event.
You will see idols compete in many events like 100 meter sprint, hurdles, long jump, high jump, relay, fencing, swimming, futsal, archery, and basketball. Especially, female fans are highly anticipating for male idols in Basketball.
Fans can once again look forward to competitive races carried out by the top athletes of the idol world like Min Hyuk(BTOB), Baro(B1A4), Feeldog, and Jisoo(Tahiti), who have already made a name for themselves in the past with other athletic championship events.
